  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • cinnamon - 2 tsp
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped pecans - 1/2 c
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • oil - 1/2 c
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • can crushed pineapple - 18 oz

How to make pineapple coffee cake:

Combine sugar, pecans and cinnamon; set aside. Cream butter and 1 cup sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Alternate flour and baking powder with sour cream. Top cake with first 3 ingredients before baking. Bake at 350° until cake is done.
