Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- can crushed pineapple - 18 oz
How to make pineapple coffee cake:
Combine sugar, pecans and cinnamon; set aside. Cream butter and 1 cup sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Alternate flour and baking powder with sour cream. Top cake with first 3 ingredients before baking. Bake at 350° until cake is done.Recipe categories: Breads, Pineapple, Coffee cakes.
