Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans - 2 c
- pkg - 2 oz
- can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 1/2
- chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
- seasoned salt - 2 Tbsp
How to make pineapple cheese ball:
In medium bowl, beat cream cheese with fork until smooth. Stir in crushed pineapple, 1 cup pecans, green pepper, onion and salt. Shape into ball. Roll in remaining nuts. Wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate until well chilled, overnight. May garnish with pineapple slices and cherries. May be frozen.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Pineapple, Cheese.
