Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- pkg - 2 oz
- seasoned salt - 3/4 Tbsp
- small can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
- finely chopped bell pepper - 1/4 c
- grated onion or 1/2 tsp - 2 Tbsp
How to make pineapple cheese ball:
Mix all ingredients except nuts thoroughly. Form into ball. Place in refrigerator to chill and become firm. Take out and roll in pecans. Keep refrigerated.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Pineapple, Cheese.
