  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • pkg - 2 oz
  • seasoned salt - 3/4 Tbsp
  • small can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
  • finely chopped bell pepper - 1/4 c
  • grated onion or 1/2 tsp - 2 Tbsp

How to make pineapple cheese ball:

Mix all ingredients except nuts thoroughly. Form into ball. Place in refrigerator to chill and become firm. Take out and roll in pecans. Keep refrigerated.
