Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans - 2 c
- pkg - 2 oz
- chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
- finely chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- seasoned salt - 1 Tbsp
- can crushed pineapple drained - 1 oz
How to make pineapple cheese ball:
In medium bowl, whip cream cheese until smooth. Add drained pineapple, 1 cup chopped pecans, green pepper, onion and seasoned salt. Chill for 1 hour. Shape into a ball and roll in remaining cup of pecans. Wrap in Saran Wrap. Refrigerate until well chRecipe categories: Appetizers, Pineapple, Cheese.
