Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans - 2 c
- pkg - 2 oz
- can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
- chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- seasoned salt - 1 tsp
- finely chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
How to make pineapple cheese ball:
Combine cream cheese, pineapple, green pepper, onion and salt; mix well. Chill. Shape into a 4-inch ball and roll in pecans. Yields about 2 1/2 cups.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Pineapple, Cheese.
