  • boiling water - 1 c
  • can crushed pineapple - 9 oz
  • whipping cream - 1/2 pt
  • nuts, chopped - 1/2 c
  • lime jello
  • small carton cottage cheese - 1 item
  • tiny marshmallows - 2 c

How to make lime jello salad:

Dissolve jello in boiling water; add marshmallows and let melt. Add drained pineapple; let chill until thickened, about 1 1/2 hours. Fold in whipped cream, cottage cheese and nuts. Pour into jello mold.
