- cans pineapple tidbits, drained save 1 cup juice - 2 item
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- sugar - 1 c
- grated sharp Cheddar cheese - 1/2 lb
- Ritz cracker crumbs - 1 pkg
- stick margarine - 1 item
How to make pineapple casserole:
Drain pineapple, pour in ovenproof bowl. Mix flour, sugar, juice and pour over pineapple. Top with cheese; cover with cracker crumbs. Dot with margarine; bake at 350° until bubbly, about 15 to 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pineapple, Main dish.
