- baking soda - 2 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- can crushed pineapple in heavy syrup - 1 oz
- cream cheese
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- powdered sugar - 2 c
How to make pineapple cake with cream cheese frosting:
Frosting:1 large pkg. cream cheese1/2 stick butter1 tsp. vanilla2 c. powdered sugar Mix cake ingredients and beat by hand. Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
