  • can crushed pineapple in heavy syrup - 1 oz
  • cream cheese
  • stick butter - 1/2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • powdered sugar - 2 c

How to make pineapple cake with cream cheese frosting:

Frosting:1 large pkg. cream cheese1/2 stick butter1 tsp. vanilla2 c. powdered sugar Mix cake ingredients and beat by hand. Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes or until done. Frost when cool.
