- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- cream cheese
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour - 3 c
- grated carrots - 2 c
- confectioners sugar - 3 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- chocolate chips
- stick butter - 1 item
- cooking oil
How to make carrot cake:
Icing:1 (8 oz.) cream cheese1 stick butter1 tsp. vanilla3 c. confectioners sugar Mix carrots, sugar, oil and eggs at low speed until combined. Set aside. Mix together dry ingredients and add gradually to the wet mixture. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until done. Cool in pan or on rack.
