Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour - 2 c
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- powdered sugar
- margarine - 1/2 c
- 2 can crushed pineapple
How to make pineapple cake:
Mix first 7 ingredients together and pour into a 13 x 9-inch ungreased pan. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and frost hot cake with a blending of the final 4 ingredients. Sprinkle with coconut, if desired. Do not freeze.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Pineapple.
