  • sugar - 2 c
  • cream cheese - 8 oz
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • flour - 2 c
  • baking soda - 2 tsp
  • powdered sugar
  • margarine - 1/2 c
  • 2 can crushed pineapple

How to make pineapple cake:

Mix first 7 ingredients together and pour into a 13 x 9-inch ungreased pan. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and frost hot cake with a blending of the final 4 ingredients. Sprinkle with coconut, if desired. Do not freeze.
