Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- box yellow cake mix - 1 item
- large can evaporated milk - 1 item
- nuts, chopped optional - 1 item
- 1/2 sticks oleo - 1 item
- large can pumpkin - 1 item
How to make pumpkin crunch:
Mix everything but nuts, cake mix and oleo. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle cake mix over top. Sprinkle nuts over mix. Melt 1 1/2 sticks oleo and pour over top. Bake 50 to 60 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Desserts, Squash, Cobblers and crisps.
