- pineapple rings - 4 item
- ground beef - 1 lb
- Spicy Sauce to follow - 1 item
- Divide meat into 8 thin patties
- catsup - 1 c
- mustard - 4 Tbsp
How to make pineapple burgers:
Drain pineapple well. Divide meat into 8 thin patties. Place a pineapple ring between 2 patties, sealing edges. Broil 6 inches from broiler unit 5 minutes on each side.
