Hamburger pie
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 6 Tbsp
- garlic salt - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 1 c
- catsup - 1/2 c
- sage - 1/4 tsp
- mustard - 2 tsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- parsley - 1 Tbsp
- oleo or butter - 2 Tbsp
- thyme - 1/4 tsp
- softened oleo - 2 Tbsp
- grated raw carrots - 1 c
- Add onion and carrots, cook for 2 minutes
How to make hamburger pie:
Brown beef in oleo in skillet. Add onion and carrots, cook for 2 minutes. Add other ingredients and simmer 5 minutes. Pour into 6 x 10-inch dish. Drop biscuit dough by rounded teaspoonfuls on top of mixture.
