Pineapple brownies
Ingredients/Components
- butter, softened - 3/4 c
- sugar
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla extract - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- well-drained crushed pineapple - 1 c
- envelopes pre-melted unsweetened chocolate - 2 oz
How to make pineapple brownies:
In large mixer bowl, combine all ingredients, except pineapple, chocolate and walnuts (optional). Blend well with mixer.Place half of dough in a small bowl; add pineapple. Mix well. To remaining dough, add chocolate (or walnuts, if you want). Mix well.
Spread chocolate mixture in bottom of a greased 13 x 9-inch pan. Spread pineapple mixture over chocolate. Bake at 375° for 35 to 40 minutes.
