Pineapple brownies

Ingredients/Components

• butter, softened - 3/4 c
• sugar
• cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla extract - 1 tsp
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• flour
• baking powder - 1 tsp
• well-drained crushed pineapple - 1 c
• envelopes pre-melted unsweetened chocolate - 2 oz

How to make pineapple brownies:

In large mixer bowl, combine all ingredients, except pineapple, chocolate and walnuts (optional). Blend well with mixer.

Place half of dough in a small bowl; add pineapple. Mix well. To remaining dough, add chocolate (or walnuts, if you want). Mix well.

Spread chocolate mixture in bottom of a greased 13 x 9-inch pan. Spread pineapple mixture over chocolate. Bake at 375° for 35 to 40 minutes.
