  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • butter
  • graham crackers - 24 item

How to make praline cookies:

Place crackers on an ungreased cookie sheet with the lines in crackers all in the same direction. Heat butter and sugar to boiling. Boil 2 or 3 minutes. Add pecans. Pour over crackers. Spread to cover. Bake 10 minutes in a preheated 350° oven. Cut crackers in half while still hot. Remove from pan before completely cold.
