Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2/3 c
- eggs - 2 item
- whipping cream - 1 c
- pineapple juice - 1 c
- coconut extract - 2 Tbsp
How to make pina colada dip:
Whisk all ingredients together, except the whipping cream. Cook in the top of a double boiler until boiling and thick, stirring constantly. Cool in a refrigerator until serving time.
