  • sugar - 3 Tbsp
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
  • nuts - 1/2 c
  • whipping cream - 3/4 c
  • miniature marshmallows - 2 c
  • pineapple juice - 2 c
  • pineapple tidbits, drained - 1 can
  • or 4 bananas, diced - 3 item

How to make pineapple salad:

Cook together juice, eggs, sugar and cornstarch until thick. Cool slightly and add vanilla. When cold, fold into whipped cream and pour over mixed pineapple, nuts, marshmallows and bananas.
