stick butter - 1 item
yellow butter cake mix - 1 pkg
can mandarin oranges - 1 item
large Cool Whip - 1 item
large can crushed pineapple - 1 item
box instant vanilla pudding - 1 item

How to make pig picking cake:

Cream butter; add eggs, cake mix and oranges. Mix well. Bake three (9-inch) layer cake pans at 325° for 25 minutes.

Frosting: Mix dry pudding mix with Cool Whip. Add pineapple. Mix well. Frost sides and top of cake layers. Sprinkle with coconut.
