- eggs - 4 item
- coconut - 1 item
- stick butter - 1 item
- yellow butter cake mix - 1 pkg
- can mandarin oranges - 1 item
- large Cool Whip - 1 item
- large can crushed pineapple - 1 item
- box instant vanilla pudding - 1 item
How to make pig picking cake:
Cream butter; add eggs, cake mix and oranges. Mix well. Bake three (9-inch) layer cake pans at 325° for 25 minutes.Frosting: Mix dry pudding mix with Cool Whip. Add pineapple. Mix well. Frost sides and top of cake layers. Sprinkle with coconut.
