  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • buttermilk - 1 c
  • box confectioners sugar - 1 item
  • flour self-rising
  • Wesson oil
  • Bake at 350° for 30 minutes
  • stick oleo room temperature - 1 item
  • red color - 1 oz

How to make red velvet cake:

Mix all ingredients together and pour into three 9-inch pans. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Frosting:8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)1 box confectioners sugar1 stick oleo (room temperature)1 c. chopped nuts2 tsp. vanilla Mix altogether and spread on warm cakes.
