Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- brown sugar - 1 tsp
- salad oil - 1/3 c
- red wine vinegar - 1/3 c
- parsley flakes - 2 tsp
- prepared mustard - 1 tsp
- small onion, sliced thin and separated into rings - 1 item
How to make pickled mushrooms:
Mix all ingredients; add 2 (6 ounce) cans mushroom crowns, drained. Simmer 5 to 6 minutes. Chill in covered dish several hours; drain before serving.Recipe categories: Appetizers, < 30 mins, Canning.
