Ingredients/Components
- green tomatoes - 1 gal
- onions medium to large - 6 item
- noniodized salt - 1 tsp
- black peppercorns - 1 tsp
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- allspice - 1 tsp
- vinegar cider - 2 c
- water - 1 c
- sugar - 2 c
How to make pickled green tomatoes:
Slice tomatoes and onions. Combine remaining ingredients. Mix all together. Cook until tender. Pour into sterile jars and seal.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low fat, Vegetables.
