Ingredients/Components
- olive oil or vegetable oil - 1/3 c
- all-purpose potatoes, cut into large chunks - 2 lb
- envelope Lipton recipe soup mix - 1 item
How to make onion roasted potatoes:
Preheat oven to 350° in large plastic bag. Add all ingredients. Close bag and shake until potatoes are evenly coated. Empty potatoes into shallow baking dish, pan or roasting pan; discard bag. Bake, stirring occasionally, 40 minuteRecipe categories: Low protein, Low cholesterol, Vegetables.
