Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- cider vinegar - 1/3 c
- peppercorns - 12 item
- small onion - 1 item
- whole cloves - 6 item
- 2-inch stick cinnamon
- can sliced beets - 1 lb
How to make pickled beets:
Drain beets. Thinly slice onion into rings. Take beet juice and add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil and simmer 5 minutes. Pour over beets. Cover and chill overnight.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Condiments, etc., Salads.
