Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 Tbsp
- milk - 3 c
- butter or margarine - 1/2 c
- flour
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- boiling water - 1 c
- persimmon pulp - 2 c
- Add all other ingredients and mix well
- soda in 1/4 c - 1 tsp
How to make persimmon pudding:
Cream butter, sugar and eggs together. Add all other ingredients and mix well. Grease and flour 9 x 13-inch pan, pour in and bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.Sauce:1 1/2 Tbsp. flour1/2 c. sugar1 c. boiling water1 tsp. cinnamon2 Tbsp. butter1 Tbsp.Recipe categories: Fruit, American, North american.
