  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 Tbsp
  • milk - 3 c
  • butter or margarine - 1/2 c
  • flour
  • butter - 2 Tbsp
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • boiling water - 1 c
  • persimmon pulp - 2 c
  • Add all other ingredients and mix well
  • soda in 1/4 c - 1 tsp

How to make persimmon pudding:

Cream butter, sugar and eggs together. Add all other ingredients and mix well. Grease and flour 9 x 13-inch pan, pour in and bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.Sauce:1 1/2 Tbsp. flour1/2 c. sugar1 c. boiling water1 tsp. cinnamon2 Tbsp. butter1 Tbsp.
