  • sugar - 3 c
  • salt - 2 Tbsp
  • vinegar - 3 c
  • medium onions - 7 item
  • mustard seed - 2 Tbsp
  • sweet peppers red or green - 2 doz

How to make pepper relish:

Grind peppers and onions, saving the juice. Combine juice and other ingredients. Boil 30 minutes. Pack into sterilized pint jars and seal at once. Recipe of Joan Yvonne Viquesney Layne, 1921-1991.
