Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- salt - 3 Tbsp
- cider vinegar - 2 c
- chopped onions - 5 c
- chopped sweet red peppers
- chopped green hot peppers
How to make pepper relish:
Combine all ingredients in kettle; bring to a boil. Cook uncovered for 2 minutes. Put into jars and set on rack in kettle or canner. Add water to kettle and boil, covered, for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Sauces, Salsas, Jams and preserves.
