- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- chopped pecans
- pkg - 2 oz
- butter or margarine - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- melted butter - 2 Tbsp
- unsifted flour
- light corn syrup - 1/2 c
- brown sugar, firmly packed - 1 c
- eggs, slightly beaten - 2 item
How to make pecan tarts:
Filling:1 1/2 c. chopped pecans2 eggs, slightly beaten1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed2 Tbsp. melted butter1/4 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. vanilla1/2 c. light corn syrup Soften butter and cheese. Blend in half the flour and salt at a time. Shape pastryRecipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Cheese.
