  • butter or margarine - 1 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • melted butter - 2 Tbsp
  • unsifted flour
  • light corn syrup - 1/2 c
  • brown sugar, firmly packed - 1 c
  • eggs, slightly beaten - 2 item

How to make pecan tarts:

Filling:1 1/2 c. chopped pecans2 eggs, slightly beaten1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed2 Tbsp. melted butter1/4 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. vanilla1/2 c. light corn syrup Soften butter and cheese. Blend in half the flour and salt at a time. Shape pastry
