Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans - 3/4 c
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- cinnamon to taste - 1 item
- stick margarine, melted - 1 item
- loaf frozen bread dough - 1 item
- regular butterscotch pudding mix - 1 pkg
How to make pecan rolls:
The night before, partially defrost bread dough. Cut into 8 slices. Lay slices flat in bottom of greased Bundt pan. Cover with dry pudding mix, sugar, pecans and cinnamon. Last, pour melted oleo over. Cover pan and let sit at room temperature overnight. Next morning, uncover and bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until done. Invert on plate and serve.Variation: Carol uses 18 frozen rolls and 1 cup pecans.
