  • pecans - 1 c
  • warm water - 6 Tbsp
  • white sugar - 1 c

How to make pecan pralines:

Let sugar and water come to a hard, rolling boil. Remove from heat. Beat a while and add nuts; stir well. Spoon on waxed paper. Let cool.
