  • flour - 3 c
  • cold water - 5 Tbsp
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • vinegar - 1 Tbsp
  • shortening
  • egg, well beaten - 1 item

How to make never fail pie crust:

Cut shortening into flour, salt and baking powder. Beat together egg, water and vinegar. Pour all at once into flour mixture; blend with a fork until all flour is moistened. Makes 2 double pie crusts.
