Pecan pie
Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- vinegar - 1 tsp
- firmly packed brown sugar - 1 c
- corn syrup - 1/2 c
- unbaked deep dish pie shell - 1 item
How to make pecan pie:
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Beat with a mixer for just a minute. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 450° for 10 minutes, then turn down to 350° and cook for 40 or 45 minutes. Cool and serve.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
