Pecan pie

Ingredients/Components

• vanilla - 1/2 tsp
• chopped pecans - 1 c
• salt - 1/4 tsp
• eggs, beaten - 3 item
• vinegar - 1 tsp
• firmly packed brown sugar - 1 c
• corn syrup - 1/2 c
• unbaked deep dish pie shell - 1 item

How to make pecan pie:

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Beat with a mixer for just a minute. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 450° for 10 minutes, then turn down to 350° and cook for 40 or 45 minutes. Cool and serve.
