Ingredients/Components
- all-purpose flour - 3 c
- sugar - 2 c
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- ground cinnamon - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vegetable oil - 1 c
- vanilla extract - 1 tsp
- chopped peeled ripe pears about 6 medium - 4 c
- chopped pecans - 1 c
How to make pecan pear muffins:
In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. In another bowl, combine the eggs, oil and vanilla; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in the pears and pecans. Fill paper-lined muffin cups 2/3 full.Recipe categories: Fruit, Breakfast, Pears.
