Pecan delights

Ingredients/Components

• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• chopped pecans - 1 c
• flour
• brown sugar - 2 c
• butter - 1 c
• baking powder - 1 tsp

How to make pecan delights:

Cream butter, sugar and vanilla. Add eggs; beat well. Sift dry ingredients together. Stir into egg mixture. Add pecans; mix well. Drop by teaspoon onto a cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Makes 7 dozen.
