Blonde brownies

Ingredients/Components

• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 2 tsp
• vanilla wafer crumbs
• salt - 1 tsp
• chopped nuts - 1 c
• flour - 2 c
• brown sugar - 2 c
• coconut - 1 c
• soda - 1/4 tsp
• cocoa - 2 Tbsp
• baking powder - 1 tsp
• chocolate chips - 1 c
• powdered sugar - 1 c
• light corn syrup - 3 Tbsp
• finely chopped nuts - 1 c
• softened margarine - 2/3 c
• bourbon, rum or brandy - 1/4 c

How to make blonde brownies:

Combine vanilla wafer crumbs, cocoa, powdered sugar, nuts, corn syrup and bourbon. Shape into balls. Roll in additional powdered sugar. Makes 50 balls.
