  • sugar
  • cinnamon - 2 tsp
  • cloves - 2 tsp
  • allspice - 6 tsp
  • salt to taste - 1 item
  • white vinegar - 1/2 gal
  • turmeric - 2 tsp
  • onions - 5 lb
  • hot peppers - 2 item
  • white mustard - 3 Tbsp
  • green sweet peppers - 8 item
  • ground pears - 1 gal

How to make pear relish:

Mix all ingredients. Bring to a boil. Simmer 15 minutes. Seal in hot, sterilized jars.
