  • salt
  • cloves - 2 tsp
  • allspice - 6 tsp
  • dry mustard - 2 Tbsp
  • white vinegar - 2 qt
  • turmeric - 2 tsp
  • sweet green peppers, chopped - 8 item
  • ground onions - 8 c
  • ground pears - 1 gal
  • hot red peppers, chopped - 2 item

How to make pear relish:

Mix in order given and bring to boil. Simmer 15 minutes. Pack in jars and seal.
