- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- butter - 1/2 c
- nutmeg - 1/8 tsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- chopped pears - 1 c
- yogurt plain or vanilla - 1/4 c
How to make pear bread:
Cream the butter. Add sugar and eggs. Combine all dry ingredients. Mix into the creamed butter mixture. Add yogurt; stir in pears and vanilla. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour at 350°.Recipe categories: Breads, Fruit, Quick breads.
