- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- vegetable oil - 3/4 c
- flour self-rising - 3 c
- pears, pealed and grated - 2 c
How to make pear bread:
Combine flour, cinnamon, and pecans in a large bowl. In a separate dish, combine oil, eggs, sugar, pears, and vanilla. Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened. Spoon mixture into two greased loaf pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Cool in pan for 10 minutes.Recipe categories: Breads, Fruit, Quick breads.
