Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- soda - 1 tsp
- baking powder - 1/4 tsp
- vegetable oil - 3/4 c
- all-purpose flour - 3 c
- ground cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs, slightly beaten - 3 item
- peeled and grated pears - 2 c
How to make pear bread:
Combine dry ingredients; make well in center of mixture. Combine remaining ingredients and add to dry mixture. Stir until just moistened, Spoon into two well greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 3 inch loaf pans. Bake at 325° for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.Recipe categories: Breads, Fruit, Quick breads.
