Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- semi-sweet chocolate chips - 6 oz
- Spanish peanuts
- sweetened condensed milk - 2/3 c
How to make peanut clusters:
In the top of a double boiler, melt chocolate chips over hot, not boiling, water. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients. Mix together well; drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper. Let cool. Makes about 35 clusters.Recipe categories: Desserts, Lunch/snacks, Candy.
