  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 4 c
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • shortening - 1 c
  • can pineapple with pineapple juice, crushed - 1 item

How to make pineapple cookies:

Cream together shortening, brown sugar, sugar and eggs. Add flour, soda and salt and mix. Add pineapple and its juice and vanilla. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes.
