Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- flour - 1 c
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- Cool Whip - 8 oz
- peanut butter - 1 c
- stick oleo, softened - 1 item
How to make peanut butter pie:
Mix first 4 ingredients together; blend well. Press into pie dish. Bake at 350° until browned.Filling: Soften 8 ounces cream cheese; add peanut butter and powdered sugar. Put into shell; cover with Cool Whip and refrigerate.
