  • sugar - 2 Tbsp
  • cream cheese - 8 oz
  • chopped pecans - 1/2 c
  • flour - 1 c
  • powdered sugar - 1 c
  • Cool Whip - 8 oz
  • peanut butter - 1 c
  • stick oleo, softened - 1 item

How to make peanut butter pie:

Mix first 4 ingredients together; blend well. Press into pie dish. Bake at 350° until browned.

Filling: Soften 8 ounces cream cheese; add peanut butter and powdered sugar. Put into shell; cover with Cool Whip and refrigerate.
