Ingredients/Components

  • envelope unflavored gelatin - 1 item
  • tall cans evaporated milk - 2 item
  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • crunchy peanut butter - 3/4 c
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • vanilla
  • milk fill to just under fill line

How to make peanut butter ice cream:

Mix pudding and gelatin. Cook with a little more milk than pudding recipe calls for. Cool. Cream sugar and peanut butter together, gradually add milk to make a thin paste. Add vanilla, salt, and pudding and rest of milk to almost the fill line.
