Ingredients/Components
- envelope unflavored gelatin - 1 item
- tall cans evaporated milk - 2 item
- sugar - 1/2 c
- crunchy peanut butter - 3/4 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- vanilla
- milk fill to just under fill line
How to make peanut butter ice cream:
Mix pudding and gelatin. Cook with a little more milk than pudding recipe calls for. Cool. Cream sugar and peanut butter together, gradually add milk to make a thin paste. Add vanilla, salt, and pudding and rest of milk to almost the fill line.Recipe categories: Desserts, Frozen desserts, Fruit.
