Peanut butter fudge
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 15 oz
- milk - 2/3 c
- chunky peanut butter - 1 c
- jar Marshmallow Creme
How to make peanut butter fudge:
Butter sides of heavy 2-quart saucepan. Combine sugar and milk in pan. Stir over medium heat until sugar dissolves and mixture boils. Cook to soft ball stage (234°). Remove from heat. Quickly add Creme, peanut butter, chocolate chips and vanilla. Stir just until blended. Pour into buttered 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Score 1 inch squares while warm.
