Peanut butter fudge
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- margarine - 3/4 c
- can evaporated milk - 1 oz
- jar marshmallow cream - 1 oz
- small jar crunchy peanut butter - 1 item
How to make peanut butter fudge:
In a heavy saucepan, add margarine, sugar and evaporated milk. Bring to a rolling boil, over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Add chocolate chips, stirring until melted. With electric mixer, add vanilla, marshmallow cream and peanut butter. Beat on medium speed until creamy. Pour into buttered 9 x 13-inch dish.
