Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- vanilla
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- egg whites at room temperature - 2 item
- Karo light corn syrup - 3/4 c
- cream of tatar - 1/4 tsp
How to make fluffy frosting:
In a small bowl with mixer at high speed, beat together first three ingredients until soft peaks form. Gradually beat in sugar until smooth and glossy. Gradually beat in corn syrup and vanilla until stiff peaks form. If desired, beat in food coloring.
