Peanut butter fudge
Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- brown sugar - 1 lb
- butter - 1/2 c
- confectioners sugar - 1 lb
- smooth or crunchy peanut butter - 3/4 c
How to make peanut butter fudge:
In medium saucepan, melt butter; stir in brown sugar and milk. Bring to a boil. Boil and stir 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla. Mix in confectioners sugar. Beat until smooth. Spread into buttered 9-inch square baking pan. Chill until firm. Cut into squares. Makes about 3 1/2 pounds.Recipe categories: Desserts, Candy, Fudge.
