- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- flour - 1 c
- brown sugar
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- beaten egg - 1 item
How to make pecan tarts:
Filling:3/4 c. brown sugar1 tsp. vanilla1 beaten egg2 Tbsp. butter Pastry: Combine ingredients. Make marble-size balls of dough and spread in miniature tart pan.Filling: Mix all ingredients together and pour into unbaked tart shells. Sprinkle chopped pecans on top of each tart. Bake at 325° for 25 minutes.
