Peanut butter fudge
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- milk - 1/2 c
- butter or margarine - 1/2 c
- cocoa
- peanut butter - 1/2 c
- cups quick-cooking oats - 2 item
How to make peanut butter fudge:
Combine sugar and cocoa in a large sauce pan; add milk, stirring until smooth. Add butter. Place over high heat and bring to a boil. Boil until smooth, about 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add peanut butter and stir until melted. Add oats and mix well. Drop mixture by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper and cool completely.
