Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- soda - 1 tsp
- shortening - 1 c
- cream of tartar - 2 tsp
How to make snickerdoodles:
Mix sugar and cinnamon. Roll chilled cookie dough into balls about the size of walnuts. Roll cookie balls in sugar mixture. Place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet.
